We love Twitter! It’s been fantastic for introducing us to so many great foodies, so we were over the moon when BBC Radio Leicester’s Ben Jackson, host of the teatime radio show and self-confessed foodie, tweeted us to arrange an interview.
We love talking about spice and it was great to chat about why we’d started the business, our approach to flavour combinations and how easy it is to cook with rubs. We even cooked up our (almost) infamous Fire-pit Salmon recipe so we could all tuck in!
