Gorgeous new products for 2015

We’ve been busy at Spice HQ & have some gorgeous new treats in store to kickstart your year! This first wave is mostly focused on the pure ingredients with store-cupboard essentials like Lime LeavesRose Petals for Thai or Middle Eastern cuisine, along with a couple of more regular items like Celery Seeds, Ground Cardamon, Mace & Nutmeg. We’ve also put together a couple of collections to make choosing easier, like our Essential Indian Spice set of 8 gorgeous spices & as our Trio of Paprika set.

But there’s two other stand-out products we wanted to share with you. Firstly, after some terrific feedback from our tasting sessions, we’re pleased to launch our gorgeous Chilli & Garlic Oil! This cold-pressed infusion gives a lovely garlicky kick first followed by a warmth to really get things going! Use it for stir fries, roasting, drizzling & much more – it makes fab stir-fries king Prawns!

We also have the first in our Gourmet collection of spices, our beautiful Fire Roasted Cumin. By carefully roasting whole cumin seeds over an open flame before grinding to a powder, we create an ever richer, smoky flavour to one of our favourite spices – a pinch in just about anything will bring it to life!

Let us know what you think in the comments & stay tuned for more new products coming soon, including more fabulous zero-sugar blends to keep you on the right track to getting more flavour, not sugar!

  1. Glad I found your dill oil. My local supplier only sells it in small bottles and goes quickly in our household. Any plans to stock parmesan flavoured oil? Used to be able to buy it when we were in Oz to drizzle over crushed potatoes etc. but can’t get it here.

      Hi Karen
Thanks for the note – I hope our large Dill oil lasts longer for you!
We’ve not tried Parmesan oil – it does sound interesting and we’re always playing around with new things, so we’ll have a think and let you know if we come up with anything.
In the meantime, did you know the Willows Country Store just up the road in Cranwell Village stocks our goodies now? Just in case you ran out and needed something quickly!
Thanks again for commenting and do let us know what you think of the Dill oil when you get it.
      Mark 🙂
