Our rich Chinese 5 Spice is a beautiful blend of fennel, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper & cloves. Even though this is an absolute essential ingredient in Chinese cuisine, it’s versatile enough to cross over into different foods. Add 1 tsp to a pinch of sea-salt & rub all over duck, pork or chicken before roasting or add to stir fries for an incredible flavour.
Like many in our range, this is sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo and vegan too. With no fillers or anything artificial, our unique blend of herbs and spice create the purest, freshest flavour possible to give your food attitude.
It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of!
You can also add 1-2 tsp to a dash of honey, sweet chilli sauce & soy sauce (loosen with 1 tsp of water if needed) for a beautiful glaze – drizzle over wings or ribs for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Use sparingly!
