Our rich, mild Curry Powder is a blend of coriander, pepper, mustard, garlic, salt, turmeric, fenugreek, chilli, fennel & cassia.

Apart from adding depth of flavour to a curry, a teaspoon when cooking rice or noodles gives them a Singapore-style kick!

One of our favourite ways to use it is dusting scallops before quickly frying them, infusing them with delicate layers of spice without being spicy-hot.
