Our Lemon & Dill oil combines the gorgeous tang of Sicilian Lemon with the full-on flavour of Dill. The result is a lighter, fresher Dill Oil compared with pure dill, which can often be overpowering. We want to compliment the flavour of your food, not overtake it.
Add a drizzle to fish or lamb dishes. It works brilliantly with a Middle Eastern style of cuisine too, warm shredded lamb salads with pomegranate seeds or crumbly feta cheese will sing with a splash of this oil! Try over roast vegetables, salmon, salads, risotto, lamb, tomatoes & tapas too.
We use a gorgeous, single-estate British rapeseed oil that’s cold-pressed, so it’s as good drizzled on salads as it is for cooking with. Apart from supporting British farmers, we find the infusions taste ‘cleaner’ and are more defined using rapeseed oil. As well as having half the saturated fat than olive oil, rapeseed oil gets hotter before reaching its smoking point, so you’ll get crispier, fluffier roast potatoes.
