Our Mango & Green Apple White Balsamic is a taste explosion to liven up your tastebuds! When we relaunched it to the new recipe, it sold out in 40 minutes! By the time the demo chefs were using it on stage, it had all gone!
Using our award-winning Aged White Balsamic as the base, this beautiful light, white dressing has a freshness that’s hard to imagine until you’ve tried it. The ripe, heady creaminess of the mango is held in check with the crisp, almost-grassy-sourness of fresh green apples to create a wonderful partnership of zingy, fresh & fruity flavours!
This partners exceptionally well with the bold flavours of blue cheese but can add lightness to spicy salads too, especially those with a sprinkling of peanuts, almonds or walnuts.
It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of!
Because we use our gorgeous Aged White balsamic vinegar – winner of a Great Taste Award – it’s smoother, naturally sweeter & fruitier! As with all our balsamic vinegars, we don’t add a grain of sugar. When you taste it you’ll be amazed at the sweetness – but it’s 100% natural.
If you must, you can add a dash of oil for a more traditional dressing, though we’d implore you to try it without oil – this balsamic gives anything a light, clean taste that really lifts the dish. It’s super on fish, scallops, blue cheese, couscous or even to liven up coleslaw or an Asian noodle salad!
Great as a bread dipper too or even a drizzle over fruits or ice cream.
