Orange & Rosemary Vincotto Drizzle – NEW!

Our Orange & Rosemary Vincotto is a gorgeous infusion using our incredible Pure Vincotto as the base.

Vincotto is simply stunning, having the richness of an aged balsamic but no acidity or vinegar-sharpness. It’s so smooth & delicious.

Vincotto is essentially the beginnings of a good balsamic vinegar, the pure grape syrup obtained from prolonged, slow cooking of grape must. Most of this liquid becomes our stunning balsamic vinegars, but some is diverted to create this Vincotto. Then, we gently infuse this base to create our stunning Orange & Rosemary Vincotto.

Naturally sweet & thick, use a few drops on Greek yoghurt, overnight oats, berries, melon, ice cream & desserts. It’s also beautiful on meats, cheese boards, salads & sauces.
