Rooibos Rainbow Luxury Herbal Tisane

Made from the needle-like leaves of a red bush plant native to South Africa, our Rooibos Rainbow Luxury Herbal Tisane is naturally caffeine-free, light & easy to drink any time of day. The fruit enhances the delicate flavour of the Rooibos to give a smooth, rounded flavour to savour.

Perfect on its own, with a dash of milk or even a slice of orange or lemon.

We recommend either brewing in a teapot or using a simple cup infuser for the best flavour & no teabag to go into landfill. 

BREWING GUIDE

• 1 tsp per cup
• 100°C (212°F)
• 3-5 mins

As a guide, our small tins are enough for between 15-20 cups; the larger tins are enough for around 30-40 cups depending on how strong you like it.

As soon as you open one of our tins, you’ll notice that we treat our blends with care. This means less dust & more whole leaves, creating even more flavour using less weight of tea than cheaper imitations. Compare our blends with the dust you often find in bags & inferior blends & you’ll immediately see why we are in a different class. 

We source the finest teas, herbs, fruits & spices from around the world & carefully blend them to create unique flavour experiences. Our tea blends contain no extra packaging, no messy pouches, plastic wraps or bags for landfill; instead they are filled into easily-recyclable sealed tins to maintain freshness & keep away the damaging light.

We do things differently with our ingredients as well. We add NO sugar, emulsifiers, anti-caking agents, E-numbers, acidifiers or artificial flavourings to ANY of our teas or tisanes, whereas many inferior products will. When you look at the ingredients labels, we think the difference is clear. Our ethos has always been that we’d rather not create a particular blend if we can’t do it naturally. 

Interested in why is this called a ’tisane’ & not a ‘tea’? Simple: tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant; tisanes are herbs, spices, flowers, leaves, etc. So, if it doesn’t contain actual tea from the Camellia sinensis, it’s a tisane.
