Our stunning new Wasabi & Ginger White Balsamic vinegar is a gorgeous flavour combination!

Naturally sweet, we infuse our High-Density Aged White Balsamic to create a delicious, versatile & intensely flavourful dressing. Unusually, there is NO HEAT from the Wasabi, which would overpower the delicate flavours, just the taste. This balances with ginger to create a dressing that is perfect on any seafood, tuna, salmon, salads, couscous, halloumi, sautéed greens & more.

All the sweetness is natural, from the grapes & the fruit; we don’t add a grain of sugar, resulting in a clean, fresh-tasting dressing.
