Balsamic, Honey & Mustard Dressing

£ 5.75 £ 4.95

Our Oil FreeBalsamic Drizzle is thick & sweet with a gorgeous spicy mustard kick! Use as a dressing on salads, as a marinade for anything or even as a bread-dipper.

Formerly known as our Balsamic, Honey & Mustard Dressing, it’s been a top-seller since we launched at the BBC Good Food Show & sold out in 90 minutes!

We don’t add a grain of sugar to it either – all the sweetness is from the honey & the natural, authentic aged balsamic vinegar from Modena.

We pour a drizzle on salad leaves for a deliciously sweet, mustardy kick with no oil – or add a splash of oil for an extra dimension of flavour on a more robust salad.

Try brushing it on a salmon or tuna steak halfway through cooking (gently, not too fierce or you’ll burn the honey!) and you’ll get a huge kick of flavour, lifting the humble salmon to something even more delicious.

Drizzling over a roast chicken or vegetables for the last 5 minutes of cooking intensifies their flavour. It’s a great way to pep up roast potatoes too.

Add a splash of oil, either plain or maybe even our Garlic or Sicilian Lemon oil for a fantastic marinade.

Give yourself that Summer feeling all year round with this versatile drizzle!

Balsamic vinegar (52%) [concentrated grape must, wine vinegar], honey (26%) & wholegrain MUSTARD (22%) [cider vinegar, MUSTARD seed (29%), water, sea salt, pepper, allspice, chillies]. Contains sulphites.
