Chermoula spice (mild)
Our Chermoula rub is a Moroccan-inspired spice blend with a Mediterranean twist; sweet paprika & earthy cumin compliments the zesty, herby undertones to create a gorgeous rub that delivers flavour without overpowering food.
Use as a dry rub for chicken, lamb or fish, or sprinkle over roasting veg or cous cous to really turn up the flavour dial.
This also works perfectly for slow roasts, or in slow cookers & tagines, giving deep flavour to stews & sauces.
Like so many in our range, this is another that’s sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo & vegan too. With no fillers or anything artificial, our unique blend of herbs & spice create the purest, freshest flavour possible to give your food attitude.
This makes it ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of!
Rub it on chicken before roasting, or mix with oil & fresh chopped parsley & garlic to rub into pitta bread or flatbreads. This is also a gorgeous drizzle over roasted veg as you serve. Try adding a pinch to a simple dressing (even a shop-bought one) to give a boring salad a kick!
It’s easy to make the perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 tsp with a splash of oil & drizzle on lamb or chicken a few hours before (overnight is best) to really absorb the flavours.
