Ground Bay Leaves
Bay Leaves are one of the few herbs that impart a better flavour when used from dried rather than fresh. These are ground to a fine powder for convenience. Bay has been used as far back as ancient Greece & is still used in many European cuisines, particularly in France and the Mediterranean, as well as across Asia and the Americas.
Use a pinch to flavour soups, meat, stews, seafood (our Classic Bay seasoning is incredible with crab!), vegetable dishes and sauces.
