Rosemary & Garlic Oil
£ 3.00 – £ 4.90
Our top-selling infusion, this Rosemary & Garlic Oil is a stunning flavour combo and adds a gorgeous herby, garlicky kick to anything! It peps up roast or sautéed potatoes, pizza, stir-fries, seafood & much more. Add some acidity with a lemon or vinegar & you’ve got a quick marinade that works especially well with lamb. Drizzle on pizza, pasta, stir-fries or simply dunk crusty bread into it – it’s super drizzled on flatbreads or focaccia too! Because this is a cold-pressed, extra virgin rapeseed oil it’s beautiful on it’s own as a dressing, or for cooking. Try adding a dash into a home-made mayonnaise for a delicious twist! We use a gorgeous, single-estate British rapeseed oil that’s cold-pressed, so it’s as good drizzled on salads as it is for cooking with. Apart from supporting British farmers, we find the infusions taste ‘cleaner’ and are more defined using rapeseed oil. As well as having half the saturated fat than olive oil, rapeseed oil gets hotter before reaching its smoking point so it’s easier to get things crispy, like roast potatoes, with less effort.

The oil tastes very good – it’s clean and smooth with a nicely balanced strength of herbal infusion, I’m happy with the quality.
Tasty stuff – can’t do roast potatoes without this
