Our Smoked Salt has incredible flavour & will give anything it touches a real umami boost! Hand-harvested in British waters before being gently smoked, the salt flakes mean you get texture as well as a pure, clean taste, so you’ll use a lot less.

Add a pinch to roast meats, wedges or when seasoning paella or risotto for an extra flavour dimension.

One of our favourite ways to use it is 1 tsp of Smoked Salt, 1/2 tsp of Paprika & a few grinds of Rainbow Pepper – mix together & rub into the skin of pork before roasting. Yum!

Like the rest of the flavoured salts in our range, this uses lovely crisp flakes rather than cheap, imported rock salt, so you don’t even need a grinder – just crumble a pinch between your fingers. So, ditch the table salt – use just a pinch of real sea salt and you’ll taste the difference immediately.
